Therefore, this Privacy Statement aims to inform customers and website visitors about the procedures regarding the collection and processing of personal data and the terms of use of our website, including but not limited to information about what personal data and for what purpose FarmaLink collects, how it protects them, as well as what are your rights as a Data Subject.

FarmaLink, as the Data Controller, processes personal data in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), the Implementation Act of the General Data Protection Regulation (NN 42/2018), and other applicable legal regulations governing the subject matter.

FarmaLink collects and processes personal data that you have entrusted to us by contacting us through the contact form on the website farmedix.hr, email, requests for quotation, and in connection with providing information about products and services, executing orders including delivery information, customer service inquiries, complaints or objections, personal data collected in the hiring process, personal data collected during your visit to our website, and personal data collected through video surveillance.

VII. Retention Period of Your Personal Data

FarmaLink will process your Personal Data only for the time necessary to achieve the purposes described above or in accordance with the minimum statutory retention periods. In certain cases, FarmaLink will retain the collected personal data for as long as necessary and advisable in the context of the applicable statute of limitations. After personal data are no longer needed for the purpose for which they were collected, we will either destroy or anonymize them so that they are no longer in a form that allows the identification of data subjects.

In case Data Subjects decide to exercise any of the above rights, FarmaLink will promptly respond to the request, and we will provide Data Subjects with information about the actions taken without undue delay and in any case within one month from the receipt of the request. If Data Subjects' requests are obviously unfounded or excessive, especially due to their frequent repetition, we reserve the right to:

• Charge a reasonable fee, taking into account the administrative costs of providing information or notifications or handling the request; or

• Refuse to act on the request.

IX. Security Measures Used to Protect Personal Data

Please note that we have taken and are taking appropriate organizational and technical measures to ensure the protection of your personal data, especially against unauthorized, illegal, or accidental access, processing, loss, use, and unauthorized alteration. Despite our efforts to maintain an appropriately high standard of care at all times, it is not possible to exclude the possibility that other persons may access or use the information you provided via the internet. Following the above, we cannot assume any responsibility for data breaches in the event of errors in data transmission and/or unauthorized access by third parties that we have not caused (e.g., hacking of email or phone accounts, interception of fax messages).

X. Changes to the Privacy Policy

FarmaLink may periodically and at its own discretion update, modify, and supplement this Privacy Policy in response to changes in legal, technical, or business developments. When we update, modify, or supplement our Privacy Policy, we will take appropriate measures to inform Data Subjects, according to the significance of the changes we make. The amended Privacy Policy shall enter into force upon publication.
